Who we are
MIDAS Industries sp. z o.o. is a Polish industrial piping and welding subcontractor. We are based in Warsaw. Our crews are Polish. Our work is European.
We operate as a welding subcontractor to Nordic and Baltic main contractors — delivering certified crews to industrial sites across Sweden, Finland, and France. Our projects run at oil refineries, chemical plants, paper mills, steel production facilities, and power plants.
How we work
Our business model is built around integration into the main contractor's project structure. We don't replace project management or engineering — we slot into the welding discipline. Our welders arrive qualified, our WPS documentation is ready, our supervisor knows how a turnaround meeting runs, and our output is documented to the standard the main contractor needs for handover.

What we don't claim
We don't claim to be the largest Polish subcontractor. We don't have a century of heritage. What we have: a full certification stack, 9 delivered projects across 3 countries in under 24 months, and three main contractor partners who deploy us repeatedly.
