15 working days · PO → crew on site

From signed PO to first weld on your site, in three phased blocks. Posted-worker compliance, welder qualification verification, and mobilization logistics — sequential timeline, parallelized where safe.

  1. P1 D0 → D3

    Compliance

    • A1 issued through ZUS — every welder, before mobilization.
    • Host-country posting notifications filed: ISA (SE) · LIE (FI) · Meldepflicht (DE) · Limosa (BE) · SIPSI (FR) · RUT (DK) · TÖÖ (EE).
    • Site induction packs prepared (ID06 · VCA · Työturva · BTP).

    2–3 working days · in parallel.

  2. P2 D3 → D10

    Qualification

    • Welder qualifications verified against client WPS coverage (~140 active WPS).
    • New WPQR if scope outside coverage: test coupon → NDT → mechanical → notified-body report.
    • Coordinator briefing against project specs · isometric pack reviewed.

    1–2 working weeks · faster if WPS already covers scope.

  3. P3 D10 → D15

    Mobilization

    • Travel chartered: bus or commercial flight Warsaw → site (typical <6 h door-to-door in Nordics).
    • Accommodation booked — 3★ hotel for >2-week stays, serviced apartments for long rotations.
    • Welding equipment trucked or container-shipped — ESAB / Lincoln machines, grinders, PAPR.

    1 working week.

D15 · ON SITE

Crew reports to your project organization. Welding supervisor joins your turnaround / project meetings. First permit-to-work issued. Welding starts.
